Delete your Tappraise account

You can delete your Tappraise account at any time, from the app or from this page. Deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

Your login (email, name, hashed password), every sharing invite you hold or sent, and every collection you are the only owner of, with all of its items, groups, notes, appraisals, comparable sales, chat messages and document records. Collections you share with another owner stay with that owner.

What may be kept

Records of payments and marketplace sales that we must keep by law (up to 7 years), held by Stripe and in our accounting. Photos, voice notes and PDF documents from the deleted collections are removed from our storage at the same time.

How to delete

Log in, come back to this page, and confirm with your password. In the Tappraise app, tap your name at the bottom left, then Delete account. Can not log in? Email nisse@ibuiltthis.ai from the address on the account and we will delete it within 7 days.
